Healthcare Privacy Compliance Academy Overview
Each Academy provides three-and-a-half days of classroom-style training covering the latest laws, regulations, and developments to help you effectively manage your organization’s compliance program. They are ideal for professionals with some compliance knowledge and experience. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of effective compliance management in a healthcare setting plus all of the CEUs needed to meet the continuing education requirement to sit for the optional Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® exam offered on the last day of the Academy.
Academies are taught by expert faculty and limited in size to encourage networking, facilitate group discussions, and to provide opportunities to experiment with putting key principles into practice. They typically sell out several weeks, if not months, in advance. We encourage prospective attendees to enroll as early as possible.
Course materials are provided onsite on the first day of the academy. This includes a binder containing all course materials and one-year online access to the Health Care Privacy Compliance Handbook (a $225 value).
